I really can't believe people are whining about this. This site is a business, we are not customers. We just generate usage to attract the advertising revenue.

If AB is letting down the users but keeping the advertisers happy, then why would they give a hoot? Even without an editorial presence the numbers seem to remain constant, yes some people post less but others join.

They way some users seem to think this place is for them makes me laugh. Get over it, it's about money. Sod all else.
