I wanted to make the chocolate cake Willie made on his Channel 4 programme. It needs Cacao which I understand to be some pure form of chocolate - does anyone know where you can buy this or will just a high percentage bar of dark chocolate work as a substitute?

Chocolate as we know it is a mixture of cacao, sugar, and various other additions.
You can buy cacao from a few online specialists... i think hotelchocolat sell it???

Selfridges stock his stuff. I tried to get you a link but I have to say that In my opinion their website is pants ... but hey ho perhaps that's only me. When you get the site up go to food ... then to whats hot ... it talks about the product but fails to mention the price and as for getting a landline no ... leave their site and go to yell.com if you value your time!!!
