After a weekend away, eating complete rubbish for two days, I fancy something really healthy, homemade and vegetarian tonight. I usually do a tomato based curry with loads of veg thrown in, or a tomato pasta sauce with veg, but what else could I do that would be different?
how about a stir fry with szchezen(not sure thats spelt right!)sauce,you can have every veg going in there and loads of beansprouts,water chestnuts,mmmm yummy!
