By using red grapes !
I think the red colour comes from the skins of the red grapes. The longer they are in contact with the juice the deeper the colour.
All juice that comes from grapes is clear, it is the skin that has the colour. The colour in red wine comes from the grape juice being sqeezed out, put in a vat to ferment and have the grape skins left to sit on top for an amount of time depending on how much colour the wine maker wants to extract.
