My daughter is allergic to sunflower oil.It seems now that all crisps are cooked in this.Does anyone know of a variety that is not cooked in sunflower oil .Her children can't have crisps as if she is kissed or touched on the mouth by someone who has eaten something cooked in this oil it affects her.

As a crisp addict - I think these days they are all made or at least in contact with sunflower oil! I did however find this site which may be helpful as it talks about sunflower oil allergy. There are quite a few sites like this (in terms of allergy awareness) so may be worth joining a forum with one of them?? Hope this is a little help!

thankyou for your reply em384. Will certainly check this site out.
I suppose I could always make my own.
I was going to suggest you did your own, clematis. Try crisps made from parsnips too, very tasty!
