Just looked on my Slim a Soup box and they do contain a lot of salt . I have them occasionally while I have been on this diet and they are OK in the winter for a quick warm you up but I think home made is better and cheaper in the long run.But they are ideal when you are at work as a change from a cuppa!.
Ooh, go home made - it's better, cheaper and tastier. I'm a single bloke and I got a slow cooker which I use mainly for soups. I make a load up in one go then freeze it in single portions to have when I like. Chances are you'll go a bit wrong the first few times, but with practice. At the moment I'm enjoying a lovely tomato made with fresh toms, tinned toms, lentils and muchrooms and it is lovely!.
Where do you live Postdog? Keep a bowl ready for me, I'm famished!
No.
