Keema is the indian word for mince. Keema nan are nan with keema in the middle.
Haha loads of them! I only know about 3 dishes! There is one Indian near me which gives a good description on the menu but the one I usually go to does not and I can't expect the waiter to stand and explain every single thing! Whats murghi - thats one I can think of that I dunno what it is? I love keema nan, try it scarlett if you are not veggie. The mince in it is like a really thin layer and a bit spicy. Lovely.

Prefer the Peshwari one myself (nuts and coconut, sometimes raisin) - goes well with a hot curry.

I usually have a quick squizz at whats in the dish, then decide. Only way to find osmething you really like. Thing is a Jalfrezi from one place is very different from another, for example.

Murghi is chicken

Peshwari Naan we had last night had coconut and apple. Was delicious!
murghi means chicken.
The world of recipes always amazes us with something new every day. In the food world, the things you can learn are never-ending. Keema Naan is often chef’s signature dish even though naan dough remains the same for most kinds of naans, but chefs have their twist to the keema stuffing with Indian spices and flavours.
