foot hurts

I have a severe pain on the outside of my right foot. It feels as if i've fallen awkwardly off a kerb and trapped it between kerb and road. The feeling is a severe pinching pain that never goes away, and makes my skin very tender, there is no redness or swelling and it hurts when i walk. Any one have any suggestions please
