I have taken some raw diced chicken breast out of the freezer for todays meal. Once cooked if I have any left can I safely re-freeze it and re-heat it at a later date?

yes
Definitely yes.
There is a danger in letting it thaw, then re freezing without cooking it, but if you have cooked it it will be fine

That's wonderful. Thanks all.
Just to add to the agreement here . . .

From the Food Standards Agency:
"It doesn't matter if you cook your meat from frozen, once defrosted, or fresh, you can use your leftovers to make a new meal. This new meal can then be frozen, but make sure you only reheat it once (freezing in smaller portions will help)"
