Mrs Wooster has left me to fend for myself for a week .
I thought I would get some pre- cooked chicken for dinner tommorow , sunday

Hence, I bought a whole Barbeque chicken , prepared in store ( you know the counter that sell food which has not long been cooked ) from a well known supermarket

I am now reading the instructions on the bag , which states the following -

'' To eat hot - eat straight away or leave in the bag and consume within 2 hours ''

'' To eat cold - cool before refridgerating and consume on day of purchase ''

'' DO NOT REHEAT ''

My question is - Will I be risking it , by re -heating it in the microwave and consuming it tommorow ?

i really think the clue is in the instructions! personally i would not risk it.
You probably can reheat it, provided you make sure it is sizzling right though, although what it will taste like after being effectively cooked twice, heaven only knows!

Mandimoo is probably on the right lines!
The instructions suggest to me it has already been previously reheated and your comment about it being not long cooked should read 'not long reheated'. I don't think I'd be risking it personally.
