I noticed today that it is 17% ABV. I am sure that it used to be 20% years ago. Does anyone know? I've looked online but can't find anything that tells me I'm right

I think it has got weaker in alcohol. I sometimes add a shot of hubby's brandy to my drink.

You little minx, Sharon - does your husband notice his brandy disappearing? :D
I've often added whiskey to Baileys.
I found this and theres no mention of 20%

Yes Barry, I have to do it on the sly.
I usually get a bottle bought at Xmas.
I find one small glass isn't enough! I like at least double with lots of ice..
I love a Bailey's over ice - love it over ice cream too!
Forget Baileys! Aldi's Ballycastle is nicer (IMHO) and only £3.99 a bottle too. A dash of whisky also livens it up a little.
Ballycastle is 14.5%
Lidl Dundalgan (quite nice) is 12%
The Aldi mint one is also VERY nice!

Just checked at Aldi - Ballycastle is in fact 12% (probably the same drink as Lidl's under a different label?)
Bailey’s is revolting. Like sweet cough mixture
