Thursday. The garden looks a lot different now! So far done three trips to the tip, at least another three, could be four. They got rained off, so the back hedge is still looking wild. Got some storm damage to repair today, Ain't life grand!

Have a happy day everyone.

Goodly morning waterman!
I have today/ tomorrow off. Isn't that a nice luxury having your garden sorted :0)
Question Author
Morning lina xxx It is indeed. I'll be happier when it's finished. It should be easier to keep on top of now.

What are you going to do with your days off?
It's a start isn't it.
I'm just happy to potter about in the house waterman, the weather has been ridiculously wet (even for Manchester) ... got loads of sewing projects to do, bought some nice material for scatter cushions, New work pants to turn up, New school pants for little un to sew too. I also have my son's girlfriend popping in for a brew and a chat, she was going to drop in yesterday but that fell through. I was relieved really as having the little un for the last two days after work, I didn't have much time to tidy round. So, all the time to get sorted today.

Sounds good lina. I've got to re-secure the wooden shed roof, the batons holding the plastic sheeting down got ripped off in the storm. All go, innit!
Yes, a lot of bitty damage here and there with the weather. The gazebo in the garden, we'd debated was time to take down, took itself half down after a pool of water collected on the top, the weight of it pulling the frame over. Luckily not damaged, a reminder that it's time to put it away, Summer's been and gone.
