I've got strips of sirloin to be fried with onions, courgettes and garlic, with tomatoes, pesto and creme fraiche, served with basmati rice.

I seldom eat Chinese - I always favour Indian. We're going away for a night soon and we've agreed to try Thai for a change.

HereIam - it's sour cream, only thicker. I like it on hot Chilli con carne, and I use it to make dishes creamy rather than double cream which can be too rich and sickly.

It's certainly not pretentious.

Did you post what the sex of your baby was after your scan, did I miss it ?

We went for a babybond scan at 16+3 but, in hindsight, we don't believe she was totally honest with us. She was getting to the stage where she was getting very fed up and the baby just wouldn't move.

She said "boy" and pointed out its boy bits on the scan photos. When I showed colleagues at work, they unanimously agreed that the boy parts are actually both the feet. Ergo, we're still in the dark.

Tomorrow is 20-week scan. :-)

I'm/we are trying Tesco's finest steak burgers tonight with onion and salad in a nice big bread roll, probably with just a few chips. Don't usually eat burgers but try to have more red meat in my diet, as low on iron..

You should try Tesco Venison burgers - delicious.
