What are your fallback meal ideas when you've not defrosted anything/ got anything prepared at all and you need to get something on the table within an hour? I've had one of those days and I haven't got anything sorted for dinner tonight. Minds gone blank!

Thanks gness, will get more adventurous, only used mine for chips and roasties.
But I did do lamb chops cooked with onion, mango chutney, garlic salt, mayo,sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and curry powder. Absolutely delish.

Islay, Morrisons is only 1 & 1/2 miles away. I do the 8.30pm '19p run' at the same time as I take the dog for a walk. There is a post outside the shop where you can tie a dog lead while you go into the shop.
So no petrol or extra time involved.
