What a difference it has made. I have just been able to take some frozen bread rolls out without having to get a sledgehammer to the drawer to close it again. I will not leave it so long next time.

What jobs do you put off doing? Please don't mention ironing because that goes without saying!

I have a self cleaning cooker. No problem there, Mazie.
No, Tilly...everything is in baskets (8 of them)...take them out and the ice can be easily(?) removed from the smooth walls. No water involved!
We have a self defrosting fridge/freezer. There is never any ice build-up at all. I have no idea how it works. I suspect it's some kind of magic which shifts the ice into another dimension. Something to do with quantum physics and string theory.
Cleaning my oven, I do it pretty regularly but I hate doing it.
How do the shelves clean themselves Tilly?
Question Author
Ah, they don't Mazie but I use those Oven Pride bag thingies and pop them in there. They come out like new.

Ginge, when you knock the ice off, it must drop into the bottom of the freezer. Or do you catch it all?
Question Author
I wish mu freezer was a magic one like Graham's.

Thanks, ginge. I'm asking because we are thinking of getting a freezer to put in the garage. I don't think I'm tall enough for a chest freezer.
Tilly, thank goodness I am not the only one who has to resort to 'thingy'.
Tilly, I've got some upside down baskets in my chest freezer so that I can tech stuff.
