I will peruse them and see if I can find the book recommended.

I really enjoy Nepalese food but do find getting hold of recipes a chore. Perhaps I should befriend the local restaurant owner......

Does Nepalese food resemble any other type?

It is not dissimilar to North Indian/Bangladeshi cooking but tends to be lighter in my experience.
