For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.i don;t think people who are overweight are scapegoats, a fair percentage don't need to be obese, many just choose a life that doesn't seem particularly healthy, if they eat junk food much of the time, takeaways and sugary drinks then its not good, and it's not really cheaper in the long run, better to make a meal that has some healthy ingredients, balance is what it's all about, at least that is what most doctors, dieticians say,
some people do have physical, mental health issues that make it difficult to be slim or at least not obese, but those i do see around me, and they are not just the British, we get lots of visitors in the capital from around the world, are often on the large size.
