There has been an advert that shows up now and again, stating that there are 5 foods to avoid. When you open the ad there is a long statement, which I have never got to the end of. Does anyone know the 5 foods in the advert ?

It's from the same scumbags as "doctors are angry" and "five easy tips for a flat stomach".

Delete the whole thing.
I TRIED to watch it once and after about a fortnight (or so it seemed) I got fed up and deleted it.
You don't mean the thread about " No tea & coffee , No meat-eating (No onion & garlic's )" do you?
It is probably a ploy to get you to buy a book which in which they name the foods to advoid. Don't do it !!
I have also tried to find out but life is too short to go through all the guff before one gets (if ever) to the answer. Its a big come and I think that you would have to buy something to actually get the answer
I have reached almost 70 eating and drinking what I like, when I like. So a little of what you fancy can't be that bad.

A little overweight, but nothing to worry about, and the only medication I take is for insomnia.

Life is a terminal disease!
i don't know but i bet they're five of my favourites
You can't win with food. I've been doing an elimination diet for 5 weeks to try and work out if my autoimmune probs can improve with cutting out food. Results inconclusive. Then I read I shouldn't be eating ANY grains or beans. This leaves fish (NOT TUNA! You'll get mercury poisoning!!), and vegetables. The Paleo diet, basically. But what do you eat if you are vegetarian? Oh, and no nightshade veg either so no potatoes, tomatoes, peppers.... If you are worried about food allergies causing you symptoms the best thing to do is get tested. Costs £250

But if you do want to be safe, just eat organic, cook from scratch, avoid all processed foods and listen to your body re. symptoms like bloating, gas etc.
I haven't had a tripe and onion dinner for a long time and I must say I don't really miss them.
