I have a 3.1kg turkey crown and according to the net I should cook it for 20 minutes a KG plus 70 minutes (2 hours 10 minutes) - does that sound long enough to you or have I got it wrong? Thanks.

I personally would have given it 3 hours, but I like mine well cooked, and always test it to make sure it is properly cooked. Some cook it on a higher heat for less time, I always use slightly lower heat and cover bird in tinfoil for most of the time, then brown off in the last half an hour. Enjoy !
i would do 20 mins per lb +20mins (which makes it nearer 3 hrs than 2) but there's not much difference. I also tend to err on the lower heat/longer time theory
