I have loads of speare semi skimmed milk and I thought I'd make a rice pudding tomorrow in the slow cooker. Will it work?

Thanks for those Fibonacci. I've had a look and it does seem possible. Think I'll give the whipped cream a miss, though.

Yes, ginge. I have pudding rice.
It is lovely done in a slow cooker my hubby loves it.
Stir in some grated nutmeg as well, and sultanas or raisins work well added about half way through.

I made the rice pudding this evening. I just caught it in time before it began to stick to the bottom. It took about three hours in all.
