Hello folks, can anyone tell me if and where I can buy the sort of spring rolls that the chippie sells, as I would like to cook some at home, I got some in iceland but they were tiny ones that don't taste anything like the chippies ones, or is there maybe a recipe so I can make some, thanks.

Cecil, you can make them yourself easily. You buy the hard rice casings and soak them in water. Then you can fill with whatever...beansprouts, onion, chicken and maybe prawn with a little chilli and maybe soy sauce. Wrap into the classic shape. You have to leave them for a while to allow the pancakes to stick together properly then fry. You can actually eat them without frying.

I would say they might, but I get mine from the local Asian market/shop.
If you live in or near London..In China Town there are 2 chinese supermarkets that have them in packs of 4 in their freezer sections..
