What do you have with your gnocchi ive never tried it and im in tesco xx

Making or buying? I like blue cheese and bacon and that is easy to make.
Gnocchi bake of Chorizo (or spicy Italian sausage), tinned chopped tomatoes and spinach with mozzarella and parmesan on top.

Pesto

Ragu
Gorgonzola and walnut

Tomato, olive, caper and herbs
Tomato and mascarpone with basil

Really anything you'd have with pasta......

If you do it with Nonna's sauce, you can also bake it with loads of mozzarella and basil. It's yum lol x

I bought a basil plant today!!!

Baked...mmmmmmmmmmm and i have a ball of mozz left!

Pizza was delish...but one sides crust wasnt deep enough and the cheese ran off! Nonna would have been disappointed in me lol xx
Never thought of adding mustard to a pasta sauce....would it work with goat's yoghurt do you think?

Olive oil. spinach, shallots, sunblushed tomatoes, garlic and pine nuts. Also use it as a topping for cottage pie instead of potatoes and also lovely in a broth :)
