That wonderful caramelly thing with a brazil nut in it, wrapped in purple - started off as a Quality Street favourite. Can't remember what it is called but it is yummy!

I do use marshmallows, rice crispies and biscuit pieces too, Rowan, but love adding chopped bars for the chewy element.

Mints ... especially the sort of chewy white jobs - not mint imperials but the ones that start off quite hard but then turn into a filling destroying sticky, minty glob.
