Try googling 'chicken apricots cheese' and see if any of those recipes is it.
I can understand chicken and apricots but cheese sauce and breadcrumbs??!!!!!
Sounds like something my mum used to make in the seventies. If you can't find the recipe just make a white sauce (a mix is nice), add apricots and fried onions and the chicken. Cook gently for about 30 minutes on the stop of the stove and then pour into an ovenpoof dish. Cover with a layer of fresh breadcrumb mixed with two tabs of parmesan (fresh not from a box) or strong cheddar. Put in oven on 7 until golden brown.. Or grill gently but be careful to keep an eye so it doesn't burn.
