Thanks for the replies so far. Sandwiches are no substitute for a full cooked breakfast! Deffo not prepared to pay over a tenner though. I'm told there's a Cafe Rouge a short walk away near Euston station so we might have to try that if I don't get any other suggestions on here!

There's one at Euston, click to the menu page £6.95 for breakfast http://www.caferouge....nch-restaurant/euston

Really!! We frequently have a full English breakfast in town, we rarely pay more than £5.00. This is why I would never live in or near a city. |

Café Sorriso should be open at that time.
Leave St Pancras International station and walk past the front of the neighbouring Kings Cross station (on Euston Road). On the corner straight in front of you you'll see a McDonald's. Cafe Sorriso is next door. on York Way: http://i44.tinypic.com/21mgk0z.jpg I've not been in but I've often looked at their menu, which (as I remember it) includes cooked breakfasts at reasonable prices. We went to the Cafe Rouge outside Euston and had a fantastic breakfast, then a short walk over to St Pancras to catch the Eurostar :)
