Just cut them all up ready for later..will they keep ok in the fridge uncovered for a few hours xx

Probably, although I would cover them. Also depends how fine you have cut them.

Go be almost my fave dinner murrymints- i love love love chillie!!

Had it at weekend through pasta with mozz cheese- its a nice change!!

Also as a dip with a fried flatbread....mmmm on nachos or in wraps with loads of cheese mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm wish i had chillie. Xx

I'm not so keen on guacamole - I know it's not traditional, but I like raita with my chilli.
they will be fine tinks... i cut them in chunky strips sometimes and if theres any left i leave them in the fridge overnight on a plate and they are eatable the next day so a few hours shouldn't matter....
