I want to keep it simple and I think tomato juice, lemon juice, salt & pepper with lots of Basil is enough for the veg. I've seen some recipes that add paprika but wouldn't this turn it into a goulash?
Would you use paprika or not....mmm, how would you do yours?

I make this quite a lot and have never put partial in. I always add herbs de provence and it tastes lovely.
I use fresh basil and oregano for ratatouille, maybe a wee bit of chilli for a kick lol :)
