Tomatoes - Ideas Please

I am sick of tomatoes. We have had an amazingly good crop this year and I am running out of ideas for them. The last 3 weekends have been spent making soup, passata, bolognaise and ratatouille (we also have a glut of aubergines and courgettes). So now I have a freezer full of nice home made food.

Mr BM picked 11lbs on Weds and it looks like there will be a similar amount ready over the next couple of days.

I've got plum, beefsteak and ordinary eaters (alicante, shirley etc). Any ideas for the next cook off, please? I think I shall make some relish, but apart from that, I am out of ideas.

Are there any drop-in for either poor/elderly or homeless that will take some?

That courgette bread sounds delicious, Pasta. Trouble is, I do not have any almond or coconut flour (and I'm not going out this weekend due to a local show which means the roads are gridlocked). I do think that is a nice idea though and given that Mr BM has just picked another 5, I have plenty to use so I may look for a similar type recipe.

I do not know of any drop-ins (and having advertised them on FB, I thought someone might point me in that direction) - but now with the traffic building, I am not going out anyway.

Maydup, do you have a particular recipe that you use, please? I also have some rather productive apple trees! (And cherry plums, and damsons, and blackberries. And the sloes look like they will be OK later in the year).

I've got damson vodka and cherry plum gin on the go. :)
Take them to a foodbank.
Wasn't it Samuel Johnson who famously said, "When a man is tired of tomatoes, he is tired of life" ?
Sqad, unfortunately food banks don't take fresh food. Very unfortunate as those who truly need free food need fresh veg and such the most.
pasta....didn't know that.
I don't know where you are BM, but you could look for something like this...

I have some amazing blackberry and apple chutney from last year.
I have just made with 4 kilo of cherry tomatoes a roasted tomato sauce ever ingredient was home grown.
It’s now in sandwich bags in the freezer

Thanks Pasta - they are a bit far from me. I have just contacted a more local organisation to see if they will take the spare. On reassessing what we have, we have too many courgettes, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, potatoes and squash and aubergines. All organically home grown and it seems such a shame to waste them when people might appreciate them.

Our cherry tomatoes never make it out the greenhouse RH. We pick them like sweeties when we are doing other things!
I use a really easy basic recipe like this one and include courgettes or whatever else I have or fancy using up in place of some of the tons or apples. Just keep the proportions about right.
It sounds like you need a stall at the local farmers market!
Stick the husband on the side of the road with the excess and flog them, bonus he his kept out from under your feet
Contact local food Bank if you have one.
If you read the previous answers you would see that food banks don’t take fresh food
