Do you think this would work.. some heated oil in a casserole dish then add some sage and onion stuffing mix, gas 6 for 10 mins, break up and then add some cooked turkey and cover with bread sauce. Pour Yorkshire pudding batter over the top and cook for 25 mins.
Just an idea. Maybe I should just leave the bread sauce till the end?

It would blend together. Leave the bread sauce until the end.

Thanks ummmm!
I rather think it's not going to work. The sauce and the batter mix is likely to soak into the stuffing mix, besides which, the Yorkshire pudding batter needs a higher temperature than the rest.

Why not make a turkey pie.Make a white sauce with cream and if you must sprinkle a little dry stuffing into the sauce.
