how do you make stilton sauce for steaks

I haven't tried this so I can't vouch for it but it looks good - and simple too.

after frying steaks in pan, lift out steak to rest pour cream into same pan,crumble in stilton(amount to your taste) . Simmer until cheese is melted and add a knob of butter.Stir and serve!
