Runny honey and grain mustard, mixed to taste, simple as that!
or search the jars of sauces in the supermarket - saves having to buy all the necessary ingredients!
I do honey and mustard (equal parts), a little bit of grated orange peel and dried dill. Also great as a marinade for chicken.

Thanks guys, didnt think it would be that simple!!!!

Ingredients of a jar of Knorr Honey Mustard Sauce:

Water, Carrots, Mustard, Onions, Sunflower Oil, Honey, Sugar, Fructose, Glucose, Cream, Modified Maze Starch, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Yeast Extract, Garlic, Egg Yolk, Stabiliser, Ginger Extract, Parsley.

Your own made up sauce: Honey, Mustard.

I'm not going to add any other comment.............oh actually yes I will - 3 types of sugar, modified starch - GM muck- 'stabiliser' - just give it a miss.

And check the shelf life of this sort of rubbish sold as a convenient product - Good grief - opena jar of honey and some mustard and put it on the chicken. I thought that sounded rather more convenient!!!!

Or buy a nice farm produced honey with mustard, and only use the one ingredient.

Note: to stop the honey 'burning' if you use it as a baste, mix with a little olive oil and this will create a glaze and avoid an overly carmalised result.
