Still very dark here. I hate the dark mornings and the early dark at nights.

So how have you been fairing dear lady?

I'm ok thanks Otto. Need to get out and about more though and get along that seafront more often. Staying indoors and eating my body weight in chocolate is not a good idea.
How are you and the Ottettes?

I hide behind my wall at the front and leap out at him. He NEVER suspects. One day, he'll start delivering armed with a rottweiler and machete to keep sad old women under control.

I get a bit of a chocolate fetish happening occasionally myself Jan. Don't eat it often but when I do, look out Darrell Lea, here I come!!!

Nah,,,I think Mr. Milko loves the attention, know I would have all those years ago.

Little Ozzies are all good thanks Jan. Youngest two are at work today earning their own money, should keep them out of my wallet, at least for a day or two.

Trouble with chocolate is that I have very expensive taste. Hate cheap yucky choc. My favourite is Fortnum and Mason Champagne truffles. Drops of heaven.! There is a small company in Dorset(I think) called Chococo and they do LUVVERLY chocs. Very pricey but omg, what a treat.

Of course it'll happen. One day, in your dotage, you can get revenge on them ! get your grasping hand out with a gimme gimme gimme look . They'll take pity on their poor auld dad and give you a few dollars to nip down to the pub or office.

Had a young lady from Finland out here on student exchange recently and the young lady showed great taste.
A: She hooked up with my youngest son.
B: Her mum kept sending her chocolate, it was yummy.

Can't remember what the labels said, but jeez I loved eating it.

The little lass flies out tomorrow, but she has promised to return one day.
Loved the Aussie "outback" life style, somehow I think she had never had as much freedom whilst growing up as she had in the last three months.

Very nice young lady, if all the kids in Finland are like her I adopt the lot!!!!
