Abbey, I'm sorry  but from the full job description you gave for the Production Administrator post... I don't think you've got skills in all the right areas (nor do I think you would enjoy the work).

Question Author

Well go to tge interview for the experience

Abbey, I can't help wondering how good that agency is - the job description sounded nothing like any jobs you have mentioned doing (or liking).

I know experience is a good idea but going for jobs that you are not suitable for is not an experience.

Sitting through an interview where you are not a suitable candidate is not about getting experience  - getting experience would be going to an interview where you can actually interact with the panel

Abbey, are you telling the agency about  all your  skills and work experience or only parts of it?

Secondly, when you post on here re you mostly using your phone, or do you use a laptop?tablet

I might get told again I shouldn't be responding on abbey's behalf but I'm just trying to help things go smotthly. Abbey is posting from work, maybe while on breaks, so it's almost certain she's posting on her phone. I know from experience that it's harder to avoid typos or type detailed answers on a phone screen.

Question Author

I was on break yes. The agency has my CV.

Would you say take it if I didn't have a job?

I hate to say this Abbey but, if I was an interviewer at an Agency, I'd be a bit relucant to send you out on any job given your CV which must consist of only very brief spells at previous jobs (apart from McDonald's).  How often do you actually see the Agency people?

Abbey, what does your comment at 16.43 mean and who were you speaking to?

@1643 are you asking if you were unemployed would we recommend taking a job that you are totally unqualified for?

no I wouldn't recommend it, what would be the point as I wouldn't see it lasting.

Question Author

I send my cv to agencies and was on break.

Ok no worries as I'm struggling money wise on thier pay.

If I take the care home off my CV why do I say I left?

Abbey, if you're struggling on 21 hours' pay, why are you thinking of taking a 20 hour job? What would be the point?

Have you kept the dentist and the warehouse and the care home on your CV? I know you were going to miss out Home Bargains (or B and M, whichever it was), but your CV for the last 12 months must be a bit scrappy.

Question Author

It's over £120 per week I'm getting.

The warehouse I have not dentist

You should not remove the care home imo but then your CV must have more holes than a sieve or more tales than jackanory

Abbey, you're not getting £120 a week, you can't be for a 21 hour job....unless it's due to the tax code issue we said you need to get sorted out. Have you done that? If not you may have the same problem, maybe even worse, if you change jobs again

Question Author

Care home is on my cv but still says present

Well you need to update it and put on your new job

Or do you mean you'll get an extra £120 pw with the school even though it's less hours? That doesn't sound right

More like the Magic Roundabout.
