morning, Wednesday midweek, the days are racing by. I hope that you are all in good health, if not you have my sympathy. And that your day is a pleasant one, do you have anything planned for today?

I have nothing in the calendar and for that i am quite thankful as i was out most of yesterday and could do with resting up.

todays forecast for the capital is a lowly 22c with rain showers, seems that is going to be much of the coming week.

it is, i was on my feet much of yesterday at Moorfields eye hospital. so it will be a quiet day for me

got to go back in 6 weeks, it's still not clear, the eye is red and i have drops to take 4 times a day to help.

that's nice, i don't have a garden to potter in, but can appreciate those that do.

i don't like these dark mornings, i find them depressing, its 6am and not a glimmer of light, sigh....

Morning emmie and chip. Just made a cup of tea. I cannot describe the horror in opening a new bottle of semi-skimmed milk, only to find the traditional green top has been replaced with a white top. Alas... In our quest to save the environment I guess all recycling measures are to be welcomed. Nevertheless I shall miss my green tops!
