With size 15(uk) feet, i have an interesting time securing adequate footwear. Now, having bought a pair of leather shoes, I find that they're causing me a bit of discomfort through their narrowness. What's the best way to stretch them out a bit?

I believe that stuffing wet newpaper help and leaving them to dry helps, though I've never had to do it myself.

I'm so sorry, I gotta ask.........are you single?

Excuse me?

Why do you ask? I'm intrigued...

I saw someone on TV stretching shoes by putting plastic bags inside them, filling them with water and then putting them in the freezer. The water expands and stretches the leather apparently. Worth a try.

Sorry Trillipse just my bad sense of humour, you know......big feet equals..........ahem

I 'll get my coat....LOL

If it's any help, try www.walktall.couk.com - I have size 12 feet, but they stock up to size 19.

Just to add that I saw a tip in todays Daily Mail that when you get new leather shoes you should dampen the insides and wear them for 20 minutes. Then let them dry. Then they should mould to the shape of your feet.
