Yes....

Why?
Why would it not be? What a strange question!
We've had 10 children in our house, whatever is this about, of course it's legal.
You clearly don't live in Burnley.....an average of 15 in some parts.
No its totally illegal - big brother will be coming to visit you with post haste!!!
what are you referring to? one bedroom? or is this a childminder?

explain ...
If it is ilegal they can come and lock me and the Mrs up as we have 5 children , and until they started to leave home they were all i the same house. Thy used to have friends over for 'sleepovers' as well so some times there were 7 in our house.
We still often have 3 when the grandkids come to stay.
Only illegal if you are a Catholic priest !
I was thinking along similar lines Eddie, but didn't want to get banned ;-)
Hmmm...he asked similar here - http://www.theanswerb.../Question1129633.html

And I'm guessing-by his user name-that he may be the 16 year old. But why ask????
If you are on the housing list it would probably give you more points for having children living in a studio flat, not sure its illegal though, unsuitable yes..
They are aged 16 and 19 going from the other post cazzz, so not really children.
didnt see that daffy, yes I agree, they could always apply for their own housing, plenty of private flats to let if they are desperate to move.
Friends daughter has triplets so...............??
I'm guessing by 'studio flat' (mentioned in the other thread) Ryan means it's a bedsit type arrangement. I agree with cazz, it is unsuitable.
Oh well, it was available when I posted it, it was the Childcatcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
