I suppose so sqad, but it's that damned Zapatero who's beggared it all up. I bet all the Brits in Britain would kick up if they had to pay for a health card. Mr N got a new "free" one last week, so we are Ok, mine runs out in June next year. Mind you we pay enough monthly for the Insalud.
