could i be pregnant?

i have been having symptoms such as:
upset stomach
headaches
mild cramping
missed period
fatigue
somewhat higher body temperature

its now september 16th, my last period started on august 7th.

just this morning i got a few TINY drops of red when i urinated. i put a liner on just to make sure, but it is still completely white. when i go to the bathroom there will sometimes be a little bit of red when i wipe but thats it.

is this spotting?

is it too soon to test? any information you have will be helpful.

Whats new ?

am i just stressed?
