yes...no...diarrhoea fest!!! x
tried it, found painting the back bedroom had a better result. Very expensive.
Yip, lost about a stone and a half and it has stayed off. Never had any 'problems' with it either. As long as you steer clear of very fatty foods you should be fine.

Ooo no, don't want diarrhoea. Have enough trouble with IBS as it is.

I could go on the website and have a look but they'll just be promoting it.
knew two girls at work who tried it for a while and were happy - they are always stopping and starting diets that have to say they did not stick it for very long but did lose weight. They told me a bit about it and the fact is you need to be very careful what you eat, ie any fat and it will run right through you that I felt they were probably losing weight due to careful eating - they were having to think about what they were putting in their mouths! I suppose if you have quite a bit to lose it might be worth a try as might be enough to kick start your weight loss as it will make you think about your food intake. Good luck!

I've been on a few diets in my time and the only one that really worked was Rosemary Connelly's one. I just need to get back down to at least a size 12 before I go back to work for a uniform fitting and also as I have 10s and 12s gathering dust in my wardrobes.
tigger...if you have ibs see your dr. do not take something like that over the counter or you may have a serious flare up! they will be able to suggest something suitable and you will pay a lot less for it via prescription x
when are you due back? saw a recommended diet in daily mail the other day - just for a few days but is mainly dairy products, you could try googling it. Really look at what you are eating, perhaps you could drastically reduce portion sizes and get some exercise in - you want your uniform to fit in the long run?
I seem to remember reading that Zotrim are the only diet pills that have been medically and scientifically proven to work. I think the BBC did a docu about them a year or 2 ago.
Have you just seen the advert for it on tele?
Even the website states that people can experience sudden bowel movements.

That would be enough to put me off. Maybe the fear of that is what stops you eating......hmmmm......
I have a pack in my cupboard and have been too scared to try. Plus the directions say that if you have a meal that has only a certain amount of calories or fat then you don't need to take them... two of my meals a day are comprised of fruit and/or soup! I didn't know what to do for the best and didn't wnat to be caught short at work :-/

Sorry about that. Had to wash and put Lt Tiggs to bed.

I'm due back mid Feb but I'm taking a further 4 weeks A/L (accrued from last year) so I'll be going back mid March. That should give me enough time to lose half of what I need to.

I've stopped buying chocolates and biscuits which should help.

I heard about it a few years ago Yelenots but my weight was fine then. Its just since falling pregnant and having Lt Tiggs that I've put on 3 stone.
good luck with losing your weight - I'm re joining slimming world at the end of the week - when I've eaten all the chocs I got for xmas!!
was told by a doc that you get underwear staining, to put it politely. thats why its on our shop shelves he said as it aint that good!

Lol, same here. I have got a naughty tub of Ben & Jerry's choc fudge brownie in the freezer, but luckily its the frozen yogurt one which isn't as fatty.
Question Author
Oh dear Nextqueen! Well I'm still wearing my big pregnancy knickers which I hope not to be wearing soon so I can burn them after! Lol

I'm at home most of the time so I might be able to cope with it.
i put on weight when i eat less. Only thing that worked for me was lots of walking. Or failing that wear clothes that are 2 sizes bigger than you are, you'll feel so thin.
