at what age can I legally stop maintenancepayments for my son who is in full time education?

wen he isnt in full tlme education any more,so stop whinging!!!!
I think its 19 whilst in full time education - that being college/6th form - if they leave at 16 and get a job then it's then - check with a solicitor. I guess this assumes you are earning etc! You cant pay if you have no income but the csa sets a minimum you have to pay and a minimum income even on benefits you have to pay
