The last proper meal I ate was around 22nd December! Since coming home from hospital on Tuesday I have managed to eat 3 spoonfuls of home-made veg soup, 1 scrambled egg and three slices of toast in total. I am prescribed one of those malnutrition supplements but I need to get back into the habit of eating. I have no appetite whatsoever so any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Morning mrs-o...from the internet..

Here are some examples of natural stimulants for you. Each of these will help you in different degrees, but they will all improve your appetite in one way or another.
Turmeric
Dandelion
Devil's claw
Ginseng
Blessed thistle
Yogurt
Cranberry juice
Herbal tea
Grapefruit or rosewood aromatherapy
Peppermint tea
Saw palmetto berries
There are many more stimulants that you can make use of as well, but these should be sufficient enough to suit your purposes. Consume these regularly, or buy a supplement from the market, and your appetite will improve considerably.

Some to choose from there.... Hope you get your Nose-bag back on soon xxx
