hi..i live in Australia and my husband has left me and gone back to the uk...am I entitled to maintineance

even if you are entitled he is here you are in Oz..how might you pursue him let alone collect..I would say your chances are zilch..I know of a case wife here husband toodled off to Oz..two kids and mortgage abandoned....she got zilch !!

If you know his address you could at least get a solicitor to send a letter asking for payment.

Don't you have to divorce before any maintenance is settled?
Having said that, you might find it hard to enforce anyway if you're in different countries.
