Do you have to open an Ebay shop to operate as a business on there or can you just list normally?

I have seen the increase in Ebays fee's so I would rather not pay the £15 a month for a basic shop.
My question is if I want to operate as a business on there, buying to sell, do you have to open a shop to do so or can you just list normally?

Yes, you can list in auction or BIN styles, even operating as a business
