Yes - there is no minimum about using the Small Claims Procedure in the County Court.

Of course, they will recover the costs from you as well, so it will be considerably more than £90

Regardless of any award to them in financial terms getting a county court judgment against you would destroy your credit rating which in these difficult financial times could be a serious problem.
