PREMIUM BONDS UNCLAIMED

my mum moved house and forgot to change her address on the premim bonds, i go to the premium bond sit for unclaimed prizes type in the number but it says it should be eight numbers long hers is a 2.00 premium bond and we just want to check it why isnt the number goign in.

You don't type in the Bond number but the Holder's Number which appears on the Bond Certificate as you buy it. This has 8 numbers and a letter. Alternatively you should be able to contact the Premium Bonds people by letter, quoting your Bond number
