my mum moved house and forgot to change her address on the premim bonds, i go to the premium bond sit for unclaimed prizes type in the number but it says it should be eight numbers long hers is a 2.00 premium bond and we just want to check it why isnt the number goign in. toplover (Thu 16:09 02/Sep/04)

(Fri 10:20 03/Sep/04) You don't type in the Bond number but the Holder's Number which appears on the Bond Certificate as you buy it. This has 8 numbers and a letter. Alternatively you should be able to contact the Premium Bonds people by letter, quoting your Bond number
