CIS end of year returns

Do I still need to submit end of year CIS returns now that the monthly scheme is underway? Has the end of year returns been abolished? (CIS 36, CIS 4 etc) I don't want to get whipped with more penatlies.

There are now no annual returns within the Construction Industry Scheme.
