You need a couple of things, I'll do it for you if you like. First you need their age, whether they contribute to a pension from their wage (salary) and what their gross pay for the week/month is!
sorry, read that wrong, do you want to know what your employer contributes towards yours? Same applies, need to know salary or wage for the period,age and whether contributing towards a pension or not.
You work it out from the tables the IR give you or a computer program you buy.

If you go to the IR website and search you'll probably find the tables there.
