Yes, because god forbid we get our mail delivered at a reasonable time. Sorry Tony, bit of a touchy subject with me.
I honestly can't wait for a bit of competition. we spend £250k a year with them at work and they treat us like lowlife. The account is too small for an account manager and they collect and deliver whenever it suits them. our bulk stuff has gone elsewhere now and all parcels are couriered. We've saved a fortune since we switched the bulk over but still spend £120k begrudging ever last expensive penny.
I put the words "botched privatisation" into AB's search box (above) and it drew a COMPLETE blank. Wierd. Are old threads pruned out or was the last undervalued state company sell-off long before AB existed?

So, failing anything else, I'm bumping tony's thread instead.
