It's not just a singer competition though. You don't have to be a great singer to have the X Factor.

It is what it is. More people voted for Rylan than Kye.

The "Overs" don't stand a chance on this programme any more because they're not what the demographic of people who vote - note, not watch, but vote - is looking for. For example, I thought Melanie Masson was way better than most of the acts on this year, including Kye, but she went out really early - because people like me don't vote. God knows who's voting for Christopher ... grannies???

I was pleased.I'm not a great Rylan fan but i could not see anything special in Kye ,just a very average singer, don't know how he even got through at all.
