I have an ISA with HSBC and a friend told me that they don't have very good intrest rates?  Does anyone know if this is tue and which bank has the best. Do you all have isa's? if so who are they with?

Yes I do.  And there's an interesting article on changing ISAs at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1060562796,16103,

Yes, a cash mini ISA with Nationwide.

They offer a consistently high rate (although others can be higher at times). The Guardian website has info too.
